Members and their well being are the sole purpose of all trade unions; it is crucial that their information is managed efficiently. The Trade Union Manager system ensures that members best interests are met by helping administrative staff make the most informed decisions possible.
  • Stores all relevant information for all members (name, contact information, email, etc...) 
  • Track which list they are on and the position on that list (probationary, journeyman, travel card ...) 
  • Set which classification members have ( welder, mechanic, shop ...) 
  • Keep a record of all correspondence with the member (phone calls, dispatch history...) 
  • Track status of member ( on list, working, off work, travel card, sick...) 
  • Keep up to date notes for member (“Joe is in Mexico for 1 month”)
  • Track payment of dues and members account transactions
